Introducing Star Atlas DAO Proposals, the first step to creating the most decentralized, player-owned economy. By you, for you!
With the introduction of DAO Proposals, you'll be able to view, comment, and vote on the very first POLIS Improvement Proposal (PIP-1)!
PIP-1 contains 3 articles to define all present and future Star Atlas DAO operations:
1️⃣ Blockchain Supremacy Clause, defining our DAO as autonomous programs that operate on Solana
2️⃣ Star Atlas Constitution, explaining all that the governance framework pertains
3️⃣ Star Atlas Foundation, ratifying the operations of the Star Atlas DAO
Our roadmap for PIP-1 includes 4 phases:
1️⃣ Declaration or the publication of PIP-1
2️⃣ Deliberation, featuring public comments, debate and ongoing community interest voting
3️⃣ Decision, the on-chain vote
4️⃣ Democratic Convergence, the formal blockchain ratification of PIP-1
PIP-1 is an invitation to all who have locked POLIS in the POLIS Locker and received PVP, or POLIS Voting Power. PVP is going to be needed to participate in the proposal process. Lock POLIS here: https://govern.staratlas.com/lockers
