A Summary
a) Game and Web3 Development
- New Feature: Death Zone Mode: Capture and hold the central area of the map to score points. Players face intense battles requiring high skill and strategy. Teams must control the Death Zone for 45 seconds to win. Points start counting after 3.5 seconds of control. The team with the highest score at the end wins if no team holds for 45 seconds.
-New Feature: Portal and Healing Pot: Portals transport players between locations after 2.5 seconds. Healing Pot provides unlimited health regeneration at 200 health/second after 1 second activation. Both features are available on the Scifi Arena map. Portal locations: 2 on both sides of the stands, 2 in front of team base areas. Healing Pot location: Middle of the map.
b) Business Development & Marketing
- Community Decision on 3D Models: Previously planned partnership with Degods & Y00ts fell through. Community to decide on releasing 3D models as free-to-play or unlockable characters. Potential modifications to differentiate from original NFT designs. More models available for community feedback and potential release.
- Galaxy Fight Club Comics: Official comics are ready for printing. Final cover draft completed. Community excitement and anticipation for the release.
c) Community
- BAYC x GFC Championship Stream: $1000 in rewards. Watch the latest tournament with special guests from the BAYC community.
- Upcoming GFC Champions League: Divided into 3 parts: Part 1: GFC Qualifiers tournament, top 4 advance to finals. Part 2: Special guests from partners compete for the 3rd member spot in top 4 teams. Part 3: Finals, Round Robin tournament. GFC Qualifiers tournament in 2 weeks. More details to be shared on Discord this week.
