Fuel Refund Process Has Begun
Rangers,
The Fuel Refund process is now underway for all users who submitted a request. You may notice your Fuel balance has been reduced—this is the first step in the refund process.
Here’s how the process works:
- Step 1: Fuel removed from accounts of users who requested a refund – Complete
- Step 2: Refunds will be added to the Rewards Dashboard – In Progress
Once your refund is available, you’ll receive an email notification with instructions to claim it.

Important:
Some users did not meet the minimum Fuel balance required to process a refund. If this applies to you, we’ll reach out directly with next steps.
