a) Project Tactics Development
- Project Tactics moved significantly closer to wider release, with all major features from the original design and each development phase now functioning smoothly. Testing showed stable performance with no critical bugs, marking a major milestone toward public rollout.
- Ongoing refinements strengthened overall gameplay stability, as multiple tester-reported issues were addressed and resolved. These fixes help ensure a smoother experience for early players as we prepare for broader access.
- Core systems continued to evolve, including improved biome and resource mechanics, the reintroduction of Naval Units, and an updated Water Battlefield map. Visual upgrades for these environments are already in progress and slated for an upcoming version.
- The Project Tactics website received major updates, with all key pages now fully configured and live. This provides a more polished hub for new players and adds clarity around the game’s features.
b) Business Development & Marketing
- Strengthened community engagement by offering free NFT Paris 2026 tickets to Battle Pass holders and Doctores. These initiatives deepen long-term loyalty and help bridge digital participation with physical experiences.
- Expanded industry presence at Binance Blockchain Week and several side events, reconnecting with partners, meeting community members in person, and opening doors to new collaborative opportunities.
- Galaxy Fight Club was present at the highly selective YZi Demo Day, where only a small number of projects were invited. This exclusive access allowed us to learn from top emerging teams, connect with experienced founders, and speak directly with incubators and VCs known for backing high-potential Web3 titles.
- Prepared a new wave of Project T content, including previews, campaign assets, and updated trailers. These materials will fuel the next phase of marketing and give the community a clearer look at how the project has evolved behind the scenes.
