zkEVM Migration & Overworld Closing
Rangers,
We’re entering the next major chapter of the Illuvium universe.
The migration to Immutable zkEVM is starting January 26, 2026, enabling faster transactions, lower fees, and broader cross-product utility.

As part of this transition, Illuvium: Overworld will go offline on January 26th, one week prior to migration and will remain closed until the MMO releases in the future.
Overworld laid the foundation for what’s next. From mining and movement to encounters and capture systems, many of the mechanics you’ve experienced will carry forward into the Illuvium MMO—evolved and expanded.
All your items and Illuvials will be safely migrated to zkEVM and will remain tradable until the MMO launches.
MMO Playtesting Begins Soon
The first small private MMO playtest begins shortly after Overworld’s closure. This initial wave will be small but will expand as we gather feedback.
To every Ranger who explored the Overworld—thank you. Your feedback and participation have shaped what’s coming. The journey continues.
